After-School Program

Weekly Full-Time Rate (2:30 - 6 p.m.)

  • Transportation from neighborhood schools

  • Instructional assistance

  • Afternoon snack

  • Extracurricular activities such as yoga, games, technology, cooking, chess, dance and art

Early Dismissal or Full Day

An extra fee will be added to tuition (See Enrollment form)

COVID-19 Policies

  • Masks: Currently, masks are optional.

  • Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Pick-up from Laurel Hill Primary and Jennie Moore Elementary schools occur Monday-Friday. Teachers will sign students in and out daily. 

  • Space and Programming: Indoor and outdoor space will be used, weather permitting. Spaces include a large activitiy room, grass area, and playground.

  • Health Check: If a student appears unwell, temperature checks are taken. 

  • Cleaning: All areas of Ruby's Academy are cleaned daily. We used registered EPA compliant cleaners that meet COVID-19 CDC guidelines as well.

 

We are now offering our after-school program for Mount Pleasant school-age children. Children will be picked up from area schools and enjoy time together in our new facility doing homework, activities and building friendships.

Our after-school program will be held in the Ruby Room and includes: 

  • Continuous cleaning and sanitation procedures followed to reduce the spread of germs.

  • ZONO disinfecting and sanitizing cabinet used daily. See ZONO.com

  • Designated new playground for participants

  • Programs delivered in a new state of the art space.

  • Meals inclusive in the program fee. 

  • Enrichment activities  

  • Electronic check-in.
